I TRY TO ALWAYS LOVE MYSELF FIRST

SO I DON'T LASH OUT OR BE A DICK

​- I LOVE MYSELF THROUGH HOBBIES

- MEDITATING

- CALMNESS

LOVE OTHERS AND BE KIND SECOND

​- SOUNDS WEIRD TO DO THIS SECOND, BUT WHEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF FIRST YOU WILL GENUINELY CARE FOR OTHERS, INSTEAD OF FAKING IT.

FOR EXAMPLE: I AM AN OPEN TO EVERYONE AND GIVE THEM GENUINE ATTENTION

ONCE I SENSE SOMETHING THAT I HAVE SEEN DOESN'T DO WELL WITH MY LIFESTYLE, I START TO JUDGE/AVOID, WHICH IS FINE.

WHEN I BECOME NEGATIVE I:

​- GROUND MYSELF BY GOING GOLFING

- GROUND MYSELF WITH A BEER WITH A FRIEND

- GO ON A DATE

- GO OUTSIDE, SOMEWHERE

- ETC.

LOVE OTHERS AND BE KIND BY:

​- OPENING THE DOOR FOR SOMEONE

- LETTING SOMEONE IN YOUR LANE

- CALLING SOMEONE & LISTENING

- INVITING A FRIEND SOMEWHERE

- BUYING A GIFT, GIVING A HUG, LISTENING.

- ETC.

 

LOVE CAN BE FUN AGAIN

LISTENING TO OTHERS IS IMPORTANT

​- IF YOU WANT TO OR DON'T, LISTENING MORE THAN TALKING IS SHOWING LOVE

ACTIVE LISTENING

 

MIRRORING

- REPEATING WHAT THE OTHER SAYS SO THEY CAN ELABORATE.

COMMUNICATION: "WHAT I'M HEARING IS"

- COMMUNICATING PROPERLY WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS NOT ONLY IN LOVE, BUT ALL OF BALANCE IN YOUR LIFE.
